The family enjoyed the ice cream, as expected. They have great ice cream. However they only have waffle cone and waffle cups, some wihr different dips and toppings. Would have liked a normal cone. Size of the scoops is extremely small compared to Baskin Robins or Motley Moo ice creamery. Their sit down area is an acceptable size and the place looks great. Price was what you'd expect from any ice cream place in Alaska. Again the only down side if the quantity you get for that price is so small. Overall 4/5. But if put other places above them.

Alright! accessible. Southside of Anchorage, AK. This was pretty good. I had the rocky road with reeses peanut butter sauce, 2 scoops in a cup. I loved the sauce, but I should have asked for a wee bit more. My 2 friends got a shake and a signature sundae . The total came out to be somewhere around 24 bucks. $$$. Worth it? It was something new to do. I'm definitely interested in trying their "ICE CREAM CAKES." Cakes were around 45 to 65 + dollars. Small, medium, and large sizes. Pictures are attached of the types of cakes and their pricing. For your viewing convenience, of course. Anchorage now has the best ice cream in the world, made possible by the sweetest local Alaskan owners, when they opened Haagen Dazs! Obviously the ice cream is amazing, but you have to try your fav flavor made into a milkshake, a “dazzler” sundae or even an ice cream cake! We custom ordered a raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday (pictured) and it was SO GOOD! They will make whatever kind of cake you want, just pick your favorite flavor! The store is clean, bright and smells amazing (they make their own waffle cones). Run, don’t walk, and get yourself a treat!

Häagen-Dazs - Anchorage stands out as the city’s premier destination for indulgent ice cream experiences. Located conveniently at 345 W 104th Ave, this shop brings the world-renowned Häagen-Dazs brand to the heart of Alaska with a clean, bright space that feels both welcoming and refined. The parlor’s charm is elevated by its house-made waffle cones, a detail that delightfully complements their luscious, creamy ice cream.

What truly sets this spot apart are the signature creations that go beyond the typical scoop: from rich milkshakes and their decadent “dazzler” sundaes to customizable ice cream cakes crafted to order. These offerings introduce a unique depth and versatility that keep the menu exciting for families, celebrations, and casual treats alike. The ice cream itself is celebrated for its pure, indulgent flavors—classic and shop-exclusive alike—that provide a luscious, velvety texture on the palate.

Feedback from local patrons highlights a consistent quality, especially noting the generous selection of toppings and reimagined flavor pairings, such as the Rocky Road with Reese’s peanut butter sauce. However, some find the portion sizes on scoops more modest compared to other popular parlors, which is a small trade-off for the premium quality and atmosphere.

The customer experience is often marked by friendly service, though some moments of low energy among staff have been noted, yet the overall ambiance and late hours make it a reliable spot for a sweet escape. Pricing aligns with what one expects in Anchorage, balancing quality with local market expectations.

For anyone seeking a refined yet comforting ice cream outing in Anchorage, Häagen-Dazs offers an exceptional range of flavors and creative options that invite you to savor every bite. Whether you’re stopping by for a classic scoop, indulging in an elaborate sundae, or ordering a personalized ice cream cake for a special event, this parlor delivers an authentic, indulgent experience that feels thoughtfully crafted and genuinely sweet.
